Attorney Mark L. Krueger has more than 25 years experience representing individuals injured as a result of the negligence of others. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mark worked for the insurance industry as an adjuster. That information, combined with his vast legal experience, gives Mark a keen insight into how to work with insurance companies to his clients benefit.
Mark also is one of just a few attorneys in the United States that represent vaccine recipients from across the country, whether young or old, and their families, when they experience adverse reactions and injury from vaccines.
Mark represents both individuals and businesses in worker's compensation and business litigation cases. He has also helped hundreds of husbands and wives, and their children, resolve difficult issues with divorce and family law matters. Finally, Mark has represented individuals injured by defective products across the United States and has gone up against corporations such as Chrysler, Homelite, Telesteps, Hampton Hotels, to name just a few.
Mark is an active member of the American Association for Justice, Wisconsin Association for Justice and the State Bars of Wisconsin and New York. He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and New York as well as the United States Court of Claims, Eastern and Western District Federal Courts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the US District Court of Appeals and, the highest court in the country, the United States Supreme Court.
