Attorney Dera L. Johnsen-Tracy is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and focuses her legal practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and guardianship. Prior to completing law school, Dera gained fourteen years of legal experience as a paralegal in Texas and Wisconsin, with the last nine years spent at Krueger & Hernandez. Dera's extensive experience provided a strong and practical client-centered foundation for her legal practice. She strives to meet the needs of her clients in a personal and efficient manner. Dera is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, and is an active member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, a national organization of attorneys dedicated to estate planning. She is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
In addition to practicing as an Associate Attorney with Krueger & Hernandez, Dera is an Adjunct Instructor at Globe University in Middleton.
